Gluten Free Diet Menu

Gluten-Free Diet Menu is a diet that avoids any foods that contain high gluten, which aims to make the body feel better. Gluten itself is a protein widely found in foods including wheat, barley, and its products, is a relatively new food for human diet.

Thus in some people can experience gluten intolerance on the digestion, which can cause substantial physical and emotional distress. But most people are not aware of the effects of gluten on their bodies.

The goal of the gluten-free diet is especially important for people with celiac disease, which is a disease classified as allergies or digestive conditions that cannot tolerate certain substances from food. Consuming gluten in people with celiac disease can lead to autoimmune attacks on the intestines/inflammation of the intestines, indigestion, and potentially lose many important nutrients. For many people who have gluten sensitivity, this can cause intestinal disorders.

High gluten foods Foods known to be very high in gluten are wheat, rye, and barley, plus all wheat products that include wheat, bread, pasta, waffles, and crackers. Beer and granola cereal is also a high gluten meal. Low-gluten foods Many foods are naturally low in gluten. These foods include beans, some types of cereals, corn, fruits, vegetables, meat, chicken/poultry, fish, dairy-based foods, potatoes, and rice.

In addition, some grains are also gluten-free, which can be used in low-gluten diets, including spinach, garut flour, buckwheat, corn, hemp, beans, millet, quinoa, rice flour, rice, sorghum, tapioca, and rice. There have been many specially made food products with gluten-free labels.

Before following a gluten-free diet, you should do a test with a doctor to check if you have a gluten allergy. For patients allergic to wheat, the following ingredients are always avoided:

1. Wheat (wheat)
2. Rye (rye)
3. Barley (barley)
4. Triticale (a mixture of wheat and rye)

The obstacles are food-based basis is already a common food in the community. Not only flour products such as bread, sweet desserts, snack cakes, and pasta but also beer, malt, cereal and soy sauce. The solution provided by gluten-free diet food is to choose simple carbohydrate ingredients that are naturally gluten-free proteins such as rice, potatoes, and corn. So also with fresh meat and seafood, eggs, vegetables and fruits, even fresh milk.

Contrary to popular belief, indirect gluten-free means lactose-free or allergic components of lactose sugar to animal milk. So you can still consume animal or vegetable milk. However, it should be noted that only fresh milk without added flavor is allowed. Milk flavored with mocha, chocolate, or matcha has been added additives as a flavor binder that could be a gluten product. For example milk chocolate with the addition of malt (made from barley). This additive content that can react with patients celiac disease or wheat allergy so dangerous and should be avoided.
